Valorant Champions Predictions Today: October 1 Matches

Valorant Champions Shanghai continues today with two Group Stage elimination matches. Every series is Bo3, and the losing teams will leave the tournament.

Today’s Schedule

• 09:00 UTC: TYLOO vs Team Liquid
• 12:00 UTC: Xi Lai Gaming vs Nongshim RedForce

TYLOO vs Team Liquid Prediction

Both teams lost their opening series, but Team Liquid pushed Paper Rex to three maps while TYLOO suffered a 0:2 defeat against G2 Esports.

The main prediction lean is Team Liquid to win. Their international experience and more competitive opening performance make Liquid the safer prediction, although TYLOO remain capable of punishing mistakes on their preferred maps.

Xi Lai Gaming vs Nongshim RedForce Prediction

Xi Lai Gaming and Nongshim RedForce also enter the match after 0:2 defeats. XLG lost to Karmine Corp, while Nongshim were beaten by NRG.

Our early prediction favors Nongshim RedForce. Their recent results and higher competitive ceiling make them the stronger prediction, but the map veto could significantly change the balance.
