Falcons Get Their Revenge on Legacy as MOUZ Reach the BLAST Open Porto Playoffs

Four Group B matches were played at BLAST Open Porto 2026 on August 29. Falcons and MOUZ secured their playoff spots, while 9z and Lynn Vision were eliminated from the tournament.

Falcons Finally Break the Legacy Curse

Falcons entered the final match of the day after losing their two previous series against Legacy, including a 0:2 defeat at the Esports World Cup just eight days earlier.

This time, Falcons controlled Mirage before Legacy responded on Ancient. The deciding Dust2 began with a 6:6 half, but Falcons won the next seven rounds without reply to close the map 13:6 and book their place in Porto.

m0NESY delivered the standout performance of the series with 56 kills, 29 deaths and a 1.56 rating. kyousuke added 50 kills, while NiKo finished with an 82% KAST.

MOUZ Leave Inner Circle No Room to Respond

MOUZ produced the most dominant result of the day. Inner Circle collected only nine rounds across Ancient and Mirage as MOUZ secured a 2:0 victory and a playoff berth.

Vitality also recovered from their opening loss to Inner Circle by defeating 9z 2:0. FUT had to work harder for survival, losing Lynn Vision’s Dust2 pick before responding with convincing wins on Anubis and Ancient.

On August 30, Vitality will face Legacy, while Inner Circle will meet FUT. Both series are elimination matches.
