FISSURE Playground 3 results: Legacy and G2 reach the grand final

Two semifinals, six maps and two deciding games. Legacy and G2 won their matches on September 12 and advanced to the FISSURE Playground 3 grand final.

Legacy escape a Brazilian battle

The first semifinal remained close until the final round:

Nuke: 13:10
Ancient: 11:13
Inferno: 16:14

Legacy won Nuke but failed to close the series on Ancient. The deciding Inferno reached overtime, where n1ssim ended the match with four kills in a 2v5 situation.

He finished the series with 58 kills and a 1.32 rating. Legacy also recovered several rounds despite a numerical disadvantage, including another 2v5 and an arT clutch on Nuke.

G2 recover after losing Mirage

BETBOOM took the opening map, but G2 reversed the series:

The turning point came on Anubis. G2 forced overtime before NertZ won a 1v3 clutch with a fake plant. He carried that momentum into Ancient, recording 21 kills, 110.5 ADR and a 1.54 rating on the final map.

NertZ ended the entire series with a team-best 1.33 rating.

Both finalists needed all three maps in the semifinals, but followed different paths. Legacy survived a late overtime test, while G2 recovered after losing its opening map. The championship match will determine the winner of the $1 million tournament in Suzhou.
