Gentle Mates Officially Leave Counter-Strike
French esports organization Gentle Mates has officially announced its departure from Counter-Strike. The club is no longer supporting its Spanish roster, which has returned to competing under the Iberian Soul name.
The team is already playing under its former tag in the Esports World Cup 2026 qualifier, where it is fighting for a place in the main event.

During the offseason, the roster also went through several changes. Main AWPer MartinezSa left the lineup to join HEROIC, while former coach deLonge announced that he had become a free agent.
