IEM Rio 2026 Playoffs Begin on April 17

The IEM Rio 2026 playoffs begin on April 17 in Rio de Janeiro. The CS2 tournament features a $300,000 prize pool. In the first quarterfinal, scheduled for 18:00 MSK, MOUZ will face Team Spirit for a place in the semifinals. The second match of the day, at 21:15 MSK, will see Vitality take on Natus Vincere.

Falcons and FURIA are already waiting for their opponents, as both teams won their respective groups and advanced directly to the semifinals.

IEM Rio 2026 is taking place from April 13 to 19 at Farmasi Arena. In the playoffs, six teams will compete for the trophy in a single-elimination format: the quarterfinals and semifinals will be played as best-of-three series, while the grand final will be best-of-five. The tournament winner will receive $100,000.
