NIP sign Krimbo on loan from BIG as new IGL

From nearly a year on the bench to leading NIP

Ninjas in Pyjamas have signed Karim “Krimbo” Moussa on loan from BIG until the end of 2026. The German rifler replaces the benched Snappi and will become an in-game leader for the first time in his career.

Krimbo returns with a completely new role

Krimbo had been sitting on BIG's bench since October 2025. His only competitive appearance during most of 2026 came as a temporary stand-in for Liquid at IEM Kraków, where he played three matches.

NIP are now asking him to solve two problems at once: return to regular competition and rebuild the team's calling system after moving Snappi to the bench.

Krimbo originally joined BIG's academy setup in 2022 before becoming part of the main roster. He averaged a 1.10 rating during his time with the organization and reached the Legends Stage at three Majors.

The new lineup is expected to debut against Sangal in the Stake Ranked Episode 4 closed qualifier on September 3.

Krimbo's individual level is not the only question. NIP remain outside the VRS top 20, and their latest rebuild will depend on how quickly a first-time IGL can establish a working system.
