The final group-stage round decided the last playoff spots: magic defeated Gentle Mates 2–0, G2 swept Monte 2–0, and Aurora beat The MongolZ 2–0 to claim the final place in the next stage.

IEM Atlanta group matches

IEM Atlanta featured several key lower-bracket matches: B8 eliminated FUT, Vitality took down FaZe and later beat B8 to reach the playoffs. In Group B, GamerLegion knocked out Liquid, while Astralis defeated Sinners 2–0.

Stewie2K may return to CS2

Jake “Stewie2K” Yip has reportedly put together a new team without organizational backing. According to Cooper, the lineup includes his former Cloud9 teammates autimatic and Skadoodle, plus Brehze and Victor.

The MongolZ received commemorative rings

James “BanKs” Banks presented The MongolZ players with rings for reaching No. 1 in Valve’s ranking. The rings feature the club logo, yellow gold, black enamel and natural black diamonds.
