PGL Astana playoff matches

In the PGL Astana 2026 quarterfinals, MOUZ beat Aurora, Spirit eliminated G2, magic defeated 9z Team, and Falcons edged out FURIA in a tight series. MOUZ, Spirit, magic and Falcons moved on to the semifinals.

IEM Atlanta quarterfinals

At IEM Atlanta 2026, GamerLegion defeated paiN Gaming 2–1 and advanced to a semifinal against Legacy. The other quarterfinal saw NAVI and Vitality split the first two maps, with Vitality taking Dust2 13–11 and NAVI answering on Anubis 13–11.

The lost bet

Caster Sultan “KAN” kept his promise to get a haircut after Aurora Gaming reached the PGL Astana 2026 playoffs. Aurora captain Engin “MAJ3R” Küpeli handled the haircut live on the Kazakh broadcast, trimming part of the caster’s hair on stream.

Cache patch

Valve released a CS2 update focused on Cache, fixing gaps, material surface types, window bullet-blocking, and collision models. The patch also fixed a grenade-cancel bug near the end of the pin-pull animation and improved stability.
