A Dota 2 fan received a damaged Aegis from The International 2025 after waiting over six months

A player known as Lostray shared the issue on Reddit, posting photos of the broken collectible replica.
The souvenir Aegis—a miniature version of the Champions’ Aegis—arrived with defects: both the statue itself and the surrounding decorative elements were damaged. The fan had been waiting for the package for more than half a year, since the end of TI14 in September 2025. In the Reddit comments, other users reported similar cases and advised contacting Valve via email with photo evidence.
The TI14 Collector’s Aegis cost $150, but it could be purchased at a 50% discount by reaching the 95th percentile in the fantasy league, or obtained for free by placing in the top 1500. Shipping began in spring 2026, which explains the delay. It is still unknown whether Valve will replace the damaged item.
