The International 2026 Groups

TI 2026 does not feature traditional Groups A and B. All 16 teams begin in one combined Swiss-style Group Stage.

After each round, teams are matched against opponents with a similar record. As a result, the full schedule for the following days depends on completed series and cannot be confirmed before the tournament begins.

Several organizations will compete under alternative names at The International 2026:

  • Iron Wing - the 1win roster that previously represented Tundra Esports;
  • BoomBoys - BetBoom Team;
  • TEAM VISION - PARIVISION;
  • HULIGANI - the former L1GA TEAM roster.

The official TI 2026 names are used throughout the schedule and standings below.

Who Will Reach the TI 2026 Playoffs?

The Swiss format reduces the impact of a single defeat, but teams still have little time to adapt. Only the top three qualify directly for the playoffs, while every team placed fourth through 13th must survive an additional elimination series.

The most important factors are likely to include:

  • Current form on the tournament patch;
  • Draft adaptation between games;
  • Individual performance in each role;
  • The strength of early-round opponents;
  • The ability to remain consistent throughout a full Bo3 series.

Because every new matchup depends on the preceding results, a single upset can change the tournament path for several teams.

Winio uses team form, roster performance, recent results and matchup-specific data to calculate pre-match win probabilities.
